Tanner Clinic Kaysville

Tanner Clinic Kaysville was the first satellite clinic created by the Tanner Clinic network. It has been providing excellent care to residents of Davis county since opening it's doors in 1996. The clinic is located less than a block from the I-15 Kaysville exit (328) just off 200 North at 380 North 400 West north of Arby's.  It is staffed by four full-time Family Physicians, 3 Pediatricians, and a Podiatrist (foot and ankle surgeon). The clinic also provides local access to our part-time Dermatologist and Hematologist-Oncologist (cancer and blood disorder specialist) as well as referral access to any Tanner Clinic or non-Tanner Clinic specialist when needed.

An onsite lab, x-ray suite, and surgical suite allow the physicians to care for the majority of patient's medical needs right in Kaysville. Services include comprehensive care for all ages, women's health care, preventive services, well child care, foot and ankle care, FAA Certified Flight Physicals, Bone Density scanning (DEXA) for screening of osteoporosis, minor outpatient surgeries, and minor trauma care such as fractures, sprains, and lacerations.

The word is spreading that the Kaysville clinic is a comfortable, quiet, easy to access clinic with skilled caring providers who have the time to take you back to that good "old fashioned" care. The clinic reflects that friendly "family doctor" atmosphere while providing exceptional healthcare through it's board certified physicians.
