Tanner clinic is constantly negotiating with regional insurance providers to secure the broadest coverage possible for our patient population. We frequently add new health insurance plans to our coverage as they become prominent in the area. Because the insurance industry is constantly changing, our list of insurance plans will change quite often. Even so, this page is our attempt to let you know if you're insurance will currently allow you to obtain care through the Tanner Clinic. Don't fret if you don't find your insurance on this list but give our clinic a call (773-4840) to see if your insurance has been added or removed from our lists since this page was last updated.  

Even if you see your insurance listed below, there are certain plans which will restrict you to clinics in a certain region and some may exclude us altogether. With that in mind, the accuracy of the information listed on this page will always have some exceptions.  So please call the clinic and your insurance company for specifics on your insurance coverage.
