Dr. Hicken passed away in 2004 after a long fought struggle with cancer.
He will be missed.
Dr. Hicken was raised in Bountiful, Utah. Outside interests and hobbies include: computers, photography, caving, and outdoor activities.
Dr. Hicken and his wife Pat have eight children: Jared, Randy, David, Mark, Crystal, Lisa, Cindy, and Jeff.
