Dr. Fillerup's outside interests and hobbies include: climbing, cross-country skiing, biking, and going to the ballet and symphony.
Dr. Fillerup is very active and
ambitious, she has been involved in many activities including:
Archaeological Dig in Israel (Sponsored by the Smithsonian
Institute), served a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tallahassee, Florida, and climbed Mt.
Rainier, Mt. Baker, and Mt. Adams. She has also done
humanitarian work.
