CMA/RMA (Plastics/Layton)

Tanner Clinic has two openings in the Layton Plastics Department for a part time and a full time Medical Assistant. Previous experience in the Plastics Department is helpful, but not required. Candidates must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant or has graduated from a Certified Medical Assisting course.
Applicants requirements include; vitals, Phlebotomy, injections, sterile tech, knowledgeable of CPT and ICD-9’s, and computer efficiency. Other skills considered necessary are; the ability to communicate effectively to personnel and patients, handle multiple tasks effectively, maintain a positive and professional demeanor, and handle stressful situations professionally. Some benefits are applicable to the part time position. Complete benefits are applicable to the full time position. All applicants must completely fill out an application accompanied by a resume.

Tanner Clinic is looking for a part time Medical Assistant to work phone triage two nights a week. Candidates must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant or has graduated from a qualifying MA program. Required skills include; Phlebotomy, vitals, sterile tech, injections, CPT and ICD-9 and basic computer skills. Other requirements needed are; the ability to communicate well at all levels, handle stress professionally and be consistent and dependable. Some benefits are applicable to this position.
