I wanted to take a minute to extend a HUGE Thank -You to Dr. Foote for always being the epitome of a physician and taking care of his patients. I have been Dr. Foote's patient since 2005 and I have never had an incident where he or his staff made me feel like just a number on an appointment list.

Recently, I had to see Dr. Foote for a medical issue that honestly had me a bit concerned. Dr. Foote (having an excellent bedside manner) listened intently to my explanation on how I felt and he immediately began his examination. After the exam Dr. Foote suggested that I get blood work done to make sure that it wasn't something serious. An anomaly was discovered and Dr. Foote then suggested I have a CT Scan performed. Seeing how concerned I was he did everything in his power to get the scan done that evening but due to scheduling I had to return the following day to the Layton clinic.

What occurred next is another reason why my family and I cherish Dr. Foote. I had my CT Scan performed on Wed 18th of May. That evening at approximately 6 p.m. Dr. Foote contacted me directly and informed me that everything was fine and that I just needed to complete my antibiotics regiment and to come back in 30 days for follow up blood work.

Dr. Foote did not wait "the few days" that the technician had informed me of when I asked when the results were going to be reviewed and Dr. Foote did not leave it up to a random technician or nurse to contact me to inform me that everything was ok. Dr. Foote always goes above and beyond when it comes to making visits personable and calming as possible. By him calling me as soon as he could I was put at ease and my family and I were able to carry on with our lives.

So thank-you for hiring Dr. Foote and thank-you to Dr. Foote for always being a doctor who cares about his patients, even though the number of patients he has can be overwhelming; he always makes sure he knows who you are.

I would like to express sincere thanks to two doctors at Tanner Clinic who made it possible for me to travel to Israel in early May of this year. Just prior to the date of the trip, I came down with an urological problem. I went to my family doctor, Michael Beus, who in a kind, caring way assured me that the would do all he could to get me on that tour. After deciding that my problem had to be handled by an urologist, he asked me who I wanted him to call for an appointment. I responded that I would stay at the Tanner Clinic with Dr. James Reynolds. He made the call to Dr. Reynolds and set up the appointment. At that time he told me to come back to him as needed-he was going to do all he could to get me on that trip.

Dr. Reynolds, like Beus, went out of his way to help me. Immediately, he ran tests to diagnose the problem. Once he found out that I needed surgery, he scheduled me the very next day even though his schedule was full. He outlined for me possible scenarios from the surgery, but stated that he would do what he could to get me to Israel as scheduled.

Well, I went to Israel. I followed the instructions of Dr. Reynolds who went so far to tell me to call him from Israel if there were complications. I had a once in a lifetime experience thanks to the care and concern of these two doctors. I thank them and Tanner Clinic for such immediate help.

Dr. Rice was so nice and attentive. He made me feel like I was his only patient. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions about what I came in for, and questions about other issues. Thank you!

Dr. Burningham was the best doctor I have ever seen at Tanner Clinic or any other doctors office. He was very quick to bring me back, very friendly, and went above and beyond to do what I needed. Thank you so very much!

My daughter came in on March 3rd and was terribly sick. Dr. Owen took the time to listen and then ran blood tests. He ordered chest X-Rays which showed she had pneumonia. Dr. Owen stayed late that night plus called us at home two more times to check on her. He then followed up with another appointment. He is a wonderful care giver and has a great personality. Thank you Dr. Owen!

Dr. Baxter is just so nice and friendly. He makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. He is a great doctor!

Dr. Ryan Steward is a very good and concerned doctor. He is patient and dedicated to his work, and is great in getting you well!

Dr. Lawrence Nelson is professional, very friendly, and compassionate. He puts up you with my jokes and explains everything in "my language".

I've been a patient of Dr. Jay Yates for over 30 years. He is one of the best doctors I've seen over the years. His staff and Dr. Yates are always ready whenever I need care. They are the best team at Tanner.

Dr. Lenthe is the true meaning of medicine! I followed Dr. Lenthe when he left HAFB to Tanner Clinic. I can get an appointment when needed without waiting. He cares, he listens, he is involved with my best recovery. I can't say enough about his excellence as a true physician who has compassion for my illness. I will follow him anywhere he takes his practice. His medical assistant is excellent!

Doctor Yates, my wife and myself, wish to thank you for your prompt actions following our visit to you at Tanner Clinic Urgent Care.

At 4:30 p.m., Barabara had noticed the toes on her left foot were cold. It was obvious that there was a serious problem. We left home and drove to Tanner Clinic. It was after hours so we came into Urgent Care, told the nurse the problem and was sent to you.

After your examination of her toes, you told us you were going to call Davis Hospital and tell them we were coming right over. When we arrived at the Hospital, they were expecting us and Barbara was immediately sent to the imaging department where she had a CT scan done. They revealed "blood clots" behind both knees.

The doctor at the hospital reviewed the CT scan and he told her he would try to save her leg below the knee. That was when we knew the problem was very serious. Barbara went into the operating room about 7:30 p.m. that evening. The doctor did save her leg and toes for which we are very thankful!

Barbara told me later, if you had not been so positive about calling Davis Emergency Room and telling them we would be right over; she probably would have waited until the next day to go to the emergency room.

Dr. Yates, thank you for your professional opinion and for sending us immediately to Davis Hospital.

I live in Utah. I have had a family practice doctor for several years (a non-Tanner Clinic physician). I had gone into this provider two separate times the last half of 2010 for foot pain. The doctor told me to ice it and gave me an anti-inflammatory. It was frustrating the second time.

I decided to call a few clinics and I was able to get into Dr. Jason Fife in the Kaysville Tanner Clinic. When I was in the exam room, it was amazing. He asked what my foot felt like and asked several questions and immediately knew it was plantar fasciitis. I was diagnosed within less than ten minutes of my visit with Dr. Fife. I was not diagnosed at all with two visits to a different doctor.

I would like to remain anonymous, but wanted to send a quick letter how Dr. Fife is worth his weight in gold. I hope Tanner knows what a great physician you have working with your organization. If it was up to me I would give him a big raise, but its not, so I'll just send a letter of praise. We now have a new family practice doctor in the Tanner Clinic and more importantly I am pain free in my foot without anti-inflammatory. Thank you.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Nisha Baur for her dedication to and professionalism in her field. My family first began seeing Dr. Baur about nine months ago. We had been taking our four children to other practices for the last six years, and still had not found a pediatrician we could call our own. After such a positive interaction, we felt like we had finally found the pediatrician for our children.

Make no mistake; you hired one of the top professionals in that field of specialty (Dr. Baur). Even more important to me is her demonstrated skill in positive socially interaction with my children-taking interest in them and talking to them while completing various assessment, and her willingness to take the time to explain in detail (yet in simple terminology) the diagnosis, remedies/prescriptions, and any other related facts that may prove useful in similar future content, and/or avoidance.

I send my families sincere appreciation for hiring Dr. Nisha Baur at your clinic.

Can I just say that I LOVE TANNER CLINIC! They have made a very stressful situation with my mom sooo much easier. We've visited with three of their docs now and love them all. Everybody there really cares and does their best to help her and simplify things. It is such a different experience than what we had in Vegas- they even looked and talked to her instead of us.

I came for a shot and told the nurse I was not feeling well. Dr. Bishop came in the room and talked with me even though I did not have an appointment. I love coming here! The people are outstanding!

Ned and I have been patients of Dr. Mark Baxter for more years than he has been at Tanner Clinic. We feel he is the best diagnostician we have met or heard of. He and his nurse, Terry, are a wonderful team in whom we have great confidence and they always treat us with friendliness, concern, and respect. Today, they took us right in to put stitches in a bad cut my husband had and Dr. Baxter did a beautiful job.

Thank you to Dawn R.N. and Jammie M.A. from Dr. Taylor's office staff. With patients pulling and tugging them to the left and to the right someway they seem to stay centered and focused on the issues at hand. They tend to my needs, even though I'm very sick and all alone. They have compassion for me and as a patient and as a person.

Kathy Weis goes above and beyond her duties working as a phone nurse on Urgent Care on Saturdays. I work as a receptionist on Saturdays and she is always willing to do ANYTHING for the patients. Several patients have come after the lab is closed and instead of turning them away she draws their blood. She also helps with anything else you ask her to do! She is great asset to the clinic and I appreciate her very much.

Dr. Lance Nelson is professional, very friendly, and compassionate. He puts up with my jokes and explains everything in my language.
